Présentation

Ce double live de Rammstein dans sa ville d'origine est véritablement imposant. Soudé comme jamais et faisant preuve d'une précision mécanique, le sextet allemand exécute son répertoire indus-metal dans l'ordre et la méthode. Le groupe joue lourd, appesantissant rythmiques et guitares quand le clavier s'amuse à survoler le tout à l'aide de sons d'outre-rock gothique. Le lien avec Front 242 ou Ministry est clairement audible, mais Rammstein est unique dans cette façon d'administrer une claque à chaque accord. Peut-être parce qu'il entreprend ce live comme s'il devait apprendre son métier à un marteau-pilon. Le chant en allemand si guttural de Till doit y être pour quelque chose. Mais que l'on ne s'y trompe pas : il s'agit là d'un groupe de metal industriel à son sommet.
