I'm curious as to where the "percussive" synth from Eifersucht comes from. You can hear it best during the verses, sounds sort of like a pluck/"ping" noise.

 

That, and the actual synth heard (with the filter effect).

I do not have an answer for that, but I've recreated it for a secuence I made, and I got an hypothesis, for me it sounds like the bass sound is actually an FM synth and not a sample, because the tiny bit you can clearly hear in the record sounds so perfect, no sampling imperfections, either that or the base note is pretty close to the notes playing by the MIDI secuence.

Here's my result, this is not so close to the original I know, but the family is the same, sounds to me like two layers, one for the tone (analog resonant moog bass type of sound) and one for the noise (FM kind of hit)
