In the left side of the iMac, we see a Moog synth, to me, it's the Sub Phatty, it was probably used in some songs. We also see that Flake used his Roland VR-760 and his Ensoniq ASR-10. How do you know? also we can hear the asr10 in hallomann and lugen Yes, I'm sure that it was used in Hallomann, now for Lügen, I don't really think so, Flake doesn't appear to have his ASR 10/ASR 10r in studio, nor his Roland, we only spot the 2 Nord Stage 2EX, and his Macbook. mustang29 253 Posted September 5, 2023 Share Posted September 5, 2023 There’s no interest for him to sell the ASR (i think he dont need money lol, and he like this sampler). he use it in studio only for now. the nord stage, you can import wave file inside. Its easier, compare to the low memory available on the asr. That’s how he can play old songs, like the Classic Pad from Sehnsucht, its only samples imported into the nord stage. also the ensoniq isnt reliable for live now, like stadium tour. DuduMil 325 Posted September 5, 2023 Share Posted September 5, 2023 Well, I stated that it wasn't used in Lügen because I'm sure that the harp is from the Nord Stage Sample Library 2.0, some time ago, one of my friends have borrowed me his Nord Wave for a day, and I managed to spot some Rammstein related stuff in it, like, ADT and Adieu Choir, Lügen harp, and strings in the end of Lügen. I just forgot to record everything in that day. I agree with you with the fact that Flake sampled Ensoniq stuff in his Nord Stage, like the Lügen soprano in studio, and Air War for Rammstein. And yeah, probably Flake didn't sold his ASR, probably it's just stored in his attic, or he just didn't bring it to the studio for Zeit. I mean, despite the Ensoniq being a very good sampler, it was released 30 years ago, I think it was time for him to move on to some more modern stuff, but yeah, I'm not an example to anyone, I also like to keep my old stuff and use it to this day. Hidden on the web you can find not finalized songs from the Untitled album.. and the asr was not recorded yet.. 🤫 he imported ASR samples into nord stage EX only for live sessions lugen is Best Harp from Wall of sounds cd1 for sure !
