Hi, so, I've been trying to figure out the Ein Lied keyboard solo, and, I think I managed to find out which presets were used:

A Mellotron String is heard, so It might be the MLTRN STRNG1 from AKAI S3200?

A Theremin Synth is heard, and by the sound of it, it looks like it's DX-16 PLUS from Waveboy FX.

I've found the Stein Um Stein strings, at least for the live version, they're identical, so maybe, it is also used on the studio version?

J'ai trouvé le preset [Journey to the Center], provenant de la bibliothèque analog dreams de Kontakt qui est pas mal similaire au synthé sur giftig sur le deuxième couplet de 1:03 à 1:13. Je ne pense pas que ce soit exactement celui-ci mais les deux sont plutôt ressemblant.

I was testing it and if it sounds very similar..
 

I took advantage of playing with other presets and in BASS section with [Snappy Seq Bass] putting the effect [Sustained Dream] on SIDE B, something similar sounds too.

Taking advantage of it I looked too at Omnisphere and the preset [Harpsisynth] I don't know what you think.

But I repeat, very similar the preset [Journey to the Center] to the sound we are looking for, excellent.

Hi everyone, I've found a way to make transwaves on Kontakt 7, I don't know if it works on older versions of Kontakt. Here's a small tutorial:

1. load a transwave instrument in .wav, I added the classic pad from wavboy fx.

2. Make sure that in the source module, it's in Sampler mode

3. Also in the source module, make sure you add the modulators showned in this picture, ignore the pitch bend one, you only have to mind with the MIDI CC ones.

After that, play the sample, use the modwheel, and see the magic happens!

The only bad thing, is that it is a bit clicky.

 

So with this, we conclude that transwaves are not ensoniq exclusives anymore!

oh yes you're right for [Harpsisynth] ! I added a hiwaattage effect with the drive at 6 and i think that it sound better

I was searching for the preset of the intro of Ich Tu Dir Weh and I think that logic pro is only for mac. So I managed to reproduced the sound on omnisphere.
