For Benzin - pretty sure it's a preset somewhere in Absynth, Massive or FM8 The distorted effect in the live version of Wiener Blut is a different sample - I think it's also in Massive Edited December 23, 2013 by Hokkaido

Some news: The helicopter sound from the Rammstein intro is from a KORG DW-8000 effect: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/58306885/ramm_helicopters.mp3 The sounds are also very similar to some effects in Spiel mit mir / Herzeleid 96 intro and the helicopter sounds in MHB. Maybe the same source?
