In order to fight against fraud, all tickets were sold with the obligation to fill in the buyer's name. His/her identity will be verified when entering the arena.
The easiest way is therefore for all the beneficiaries of the purchase to show up at the same time as the buyer, and for him/her to prepare a proof of identity. If you cannot show up at the same time as the buyer, you must provide a copy of the buyer's identity document to enter the room.
