If you're referring to the assault rifle guys - they're not millitary, they're just local Catalan police. Can they prevent a terrorist attack? No, and they're not supposed to. Prevention would be the Spanish central government's job. But yes, as far as I know, it was after Bataclan that your government declared a state of emergency. I can't ask a proper question, what could you tell me? Here's a quote from my first post: "Do you feel safe? Are you at all scared to go to the festival? How is the general vibe, do people over there expect something will happen?" Then I asked further questions about security in public places, highlighting the fact you're in a state of emergency. That's all. Pour le fofo je trouvais étonnant que ce soit autorisé, mais quand tu vois que sur la page d'accueil tu peux choisir l'anglais, et que c'est rammsteinworld.com et non .fr c'est finalement plutôt logique! What the admin could do is restrict access to the website and make it so that it can't be accessed from outside of France. Another option is to just make it a forum rule. As for myself - I won't be sticking around, so I don't pose a problem. I'm really sorry to have caused an argument, I just came here asking for help and information for my personal safety. @DickInSon , if you believe you've somehow defended your country's honor and pride by treating me poorly, think again.
