Une bonne partie de sa renommée vient du chanteur Johnny Gioeli, qui participe depuis 1998 chez Sega pour la musique des jeux Sonic (c'est comme ça que je l'ai connu), ce qui lui a ouvert une fan-base américaine et asiatique. C'est un grand admirateur de Ritchie Blackmore et Ronnie James Dio, il a d'ailleurs tourné avec ce dernier peu de temps avant son décès 😢. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Axel Rudi Pell is quite inexplicably virtually unknown in France, while he is a star in Germany (an important figure in the Wacken Open Air) and remains very well known and tours regularly throughout Europe, including the Netherlands and with our Belgian neighbours. A good part of his fame comes from the singer Johnny Gioeli, who has been involved since 1998 at Sega for the music of the Sonic games (that's how I knew him), which opened up an American and Asian fan base for him.
